Organization launches educational website for fitness

The nonprofit organization American Council on Exercise (ACE) provides education, certification and training to help improve fitness safety and efficacy across the country. Now, it has announced the launch of a new blog, called Fitnovatives.

The website will help educate fitness professionals on trends, solutions and the best practices to use when helping individuals get ripped.

"Integrating the latest fitness research and wellness trends into personal training programs is a vital key to success," said Scott Goudeseune, ACE president and CEO.

Officials at the nonprofit hope to change how Americans work out through education and providing online tools meant to guide trainers.

Such a resource may be especially important for bodybuilders, who endure tough exercises to gain bulky arms and ripped abs. Weight-lifting can be harmful when done incorrectly, so education is an important resource, whether you're a trainer or getting ripped on your own.

The blog will feature posts by experts and authors, providing the most up-to-date information available in a free, user-friendly venue. Fitness enthusiasts will also be able to access diet and recipe tips to encourage optimal performance.
