Train to get the look of Abercrombie and Fitch models

RipFire to get ripped

When a person says they want to "get ripped" that dosen't necessarily mean they are trying to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. There are many men out there that are more interested in building lean muscle, similar to the infamous Abercrombie and Fitch male models.

Recently, the Abercrombie workout was revealed so that any average Joe can take a shot at getting a physique similar to these models.

According to Keith Lai, who created the routine, the key is to tone, not to increase size.

"During part one of the Abercrombie workout, your goal is not to build muscle size. Instead you’re going to focus on increasing muscle tone without increasing the actual size of your muscles. This will give you hard dense muscles without getting bigger – think Bruce Lee," he said.

Unlike other bodybuilding programs, the Abercrombie workout is amount toning and getting slim rather that building fat, turning it into muscle and getting buff.

Everyone has different goals when they step into the gym, and the right combination of resistance and cardio training can help you get to the size that looks best.
