
When people think of celebrities who are ripped, Jason Statham will often come to mind. Building muscles like an action star doesn't have to cost you millions, however, and there are workouts and diets that you can follow to help you look like a star.
"The Jason Statham workout is insane but there's no doubt that anyone that is looking to build more muscle and get leaner should consider trying his routine," said Statham's trainer Logan Hood, adding, "Statham's diet may not be for everyone but looking at it, there's no doubt that he is doing something right to get that physique."
Statham's workouts are done in three stages. A 10 minute warm-up, followed by 10 minutes of a medium intensity program and finished with a very intense 10 minute interval training routine. Statham also does full body workouts, so that he can get the most out of every trip to the gym.
Getting ripped is possible for everyone, it just might take time to build up to that celebrity level. Going to the gym and designing a routine with your trainer can help you achieve your workout goals.
